Video Visits
Video Visits and MyHillChart Online Access
- Please Sign up for MyChart to get access to your medical information and use the video visit option to connect with Rinku Shrivastava, MD for any medical needs at this time.
- Please call our office at 510-582-6424 and leave a message to request an activation code for MyChart Access and for appointments.
- Once you have the code use the link below to sign up. We recommend that you setup your visit and use the preferred device to login and install the required software at least 30 minutes before the visit start .
- Troubleshooting tips
- We have updated our Video Visit Platform to support better quality video's and audio. We now also support multiple platforms. You do need to download additional app to be able to connect to the provider
- Please Review the Information Flyer for details of the update
- Second Page of the flier lists the supported platforms for Video Visits
- For all Video Visits after from May 28th 2020 onwards you need to go through the process of installing the VIDYOCONNECT app on your device. This is a required step even if you have already successfully connected to the provider earlier. This is a one time setup and will give you a much better experience of video visits.

First Time login to the MyChart app will ask for selection of the Hill chart version used by your physician
MyChart used by our office
Our Office is using My HillChart by Hill Physicians . You can type Hill on the search box and select Hill Physicians My HillChart
Log-IN or Sign UP page and upding to correct EPIC Organization
You should end up on this page where either
- You can Sign into MyHillChart using your login and password you have already created OR
- Go to the SIGN UP NOW option and get a access Code from our office to signup for MyHillChart Access
- If you have selected a different Organization then Hill Physicians , you can go back to the previous page by selecting ""Switch Organizations""
